※駐車場の免責事項

駐車場のご利用及びお預かりした車輌につきましては、下記諸事項の通り免責とさせて頂きます。当社は十分慎重を期して取り扱っておりますが、下記の事故につきましては責任を負いかねますので、くれぐれもご注意頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

①場内での事故・盗難等につきましては一切責任を負いかねます。

②駐車枠を守り正しい位置に駐車してください。

③一般のご利用は当施設のご利用期間内でお願いします。これを超える場合は、事前に弊社連絡先へ連絡をお願いします。ご連絡なく当施設ご利用されてなく駐車していると当社が判断した

場合は、当社は、本規定に定める駐車制限時間を超えて駐車場内に残留された車両を、車両の所有者、利用者等の同意を得ないで、他の場所に移動し又は処分もしくは廃棄することができるものとします。その結果車両の所有者、利用者が被った損害については一切責任を負わないものとします。

④場内でのエンジンのアイドリング、空ぶかし、大音量でのカーステレオ、乱暴なドアの開閉、夜間の大きな話し声、発電機の使用、たき火やバーベキュー等の火器の使用はしないでください。

⑤場内は自動車の駐車以外の用途に使用しないでください。

⑥場内での走行は、時速８キロメートル以下で徐行してください。

⑦駐車場利用者及びその関係者（同乗者を含む）は禁止されている場所（隣家敷地も含む）に立ち入り、または特殊装置操作盤、その他機器類に許可なく手を触れないでください。

⑧駐車場利用者は、場内を清潔にするように努め、吸殻、空き缶、雑誌等放置しないでください。

⑨危険物を積載している自動車、その他駐車場の管理上支障のある自動車は駐車をご遠慮願います。

⑩お客様の判断により、無理に出庫されたことが原因で車が破損されても、当方では一切の責任を負いかねます。

⑪場内の機械及び設備を破損させた場合は、速やかに下記連絡先に連絡頂くとともに、その指示に従ってください。

⑫駐車場内に掲出された規約に違反した場合、故意もしくは重大な過失により機器類を破損した場合は、それにより当会社が被った損害（駐車場の全部又は一部を休業しなければならない場合はそれにより損失した営業利益を含む）を賠償していただきます。

不正な入出庫及び駐車をした場合、または上記各号に違反する場合は、警察に連絡のうえ、車両を他の場所へレッカー移動もしくはチェーン等で施錠させていただきます。

またその場合の諸費用と正規駐車料金のほかに違約金として１０万円請求させていただきます。また違約金及び損賠賠償につきましては車両の所有者または使用者（占有者）に請求させていただきますのでご了承ください。

商業目的の撮影について

商業目的の撮影につきましては、事前にオーナーに一言お声掛けください。

お客様にご理解していただきたい点について

当施設は、秘境・奈良田はじめ、南アルプスならではの体験をお楽しみ頂けることが醍醐味となっております。

楽しく快適なお時間を過ごして頂くためご不明点、お困りごとについてはご相談承ります。

設備の故障等不具合が発生し、ご不便をおかけする事もあります。その場合、修理完了までにお時間を頂いてしまうこと、またチェックアウトまでに修理することが不可能な場合もあります。奈良田　水乃口は１棟のみとなりますので、代わりのお部屋をご用意は難しいことをご理解願います。

尚、このサイト全てに記載されているルール違反が認められた場合、相応のペナルティをご請求させて頂きます。

*Exemption from liability for parking

The following disclaimers apply to the use of the car park and to the vehicles entrusted to us. Although we handle the vehicles with the utmost care, we cannot be held responsible for the following accidents.

(ix) Please refrain from parking vehicles carrying dangerous goods or any other vehicles that may interfere with the management of the car park.

(10) If, at your discretion, your car is damaged due to being forced to leave the car park, we will not be liable for any damage.

(x) We accept no responsibility for damage to vehicles caused by customers forcibly leaving the car park at their own discretion.

(xi) In the event of damage to the machines and equipment in the car park, please contact the contact details below as soon as possible and follow their instructions.

(xiii) If you breach the terms and conditions posted in the car park, or damage equipment intentionally or through gross negligence, you must compensate the Company for any damage caused (including business profits lost as a result if all or part of the car park has to be closed).

In the event of unauthorised entry, exit or parking, or if the above items are breached, the police will be contacted and the vehicle will be towed to another location or locked with chains or other means.

In addition to the costs and regular parking fees, a penalty of JPY 100,000 will be charged. Please note that the owner or user (occupier) of the vehicle will be charged for the penalty and compensation for damage.

Points we would like our guests to understand

The best part of your stay with us is that you can enjoy the unique experience of the Southern Alps, including the unexplored Narada region.

Although the front desk, concierge and room attendants are all staffed by one person, we will help you with any questions or problems you may have in order to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

There may be times when equipment malfunctions or other problems occur, causing inconvenience. In such cases, it may take some time for repairs to be completed, or it may not be possible to repair the equipment before check-out. Please understand that as Narada Minokuchi is only one building, it is difficult to provide a replacement room.

If you are found to be in breach of any of the rules stated throughout this website, you will be charged a reasonable penalty.
