奈良田 水乃口/Narada Minokuchi
山深く美しい自然に囲まれた土地とそこから生まれた数々の伝説から「秘境」と呼ばれる「奈良田」の地にある山小屋です。
２０２４年に、４００年以上続いている「水乃口（みのくち）」の屋号を承継して、基本４部屋限定の宿泊施設と美術館（準備中）を始めました。
南アルプス登山の玄関口に位置し、登山の前後泊はもちろん、渓流釣り等、様々なアクティビティを楽しむのにも便利な立地です。
This mountain lodge is located in the ‘Narada’ area, known as the ‘unexplored region’ because of its mountainous and beautiful natural surroundings and the many legends that have emerged from it.
It has taken over the name of the ‘Minokuchi’ house, which has been in existence for more than 400 years, and has started a basic accommodation facility for four rooms only and an art museum (in preparation). Our lodge is also convenient for mountain climbing, stream fishing, etc.

宿泊台帳ご記入/Filling in the hut register
法令上、ご予約に際し、ゲスト様に宿泊台帳記入をお願いしております。 外国籍のかたはパスポートのご本人確認できるページ画像提供、もしくはパスポートの撮影のご協力をお願いします。In accordance with laws and regulations, we ask guests to fill out an accommodation ledger when making a reservation. Foreign nationals are required to provide an image of their passport page for identification or to have their passport photographed.
宿泊スタイル/Our hut Style
基本は素泊まりになります。 お食事の提供はございません。 詳しくは、利用方法などをお読みください。 ＊山小屋宿泊時と同様のルール、マナーでのご利用になります。 Basically, you will stay in a shared room with no meals. No meals are provided. The same rules and manners apply as when staying at a mountain lodge. There is a possibility that you may share a room with other guests (male or female). Please understand that you cannot specify the gender of your roommate before making a reservation. If you wish to occupy a room by yourself, please contact us.

１階に１部屋（フローリング） ２階に３部屋（畳） ございます。 基本１部屋２名～４名と御仲間で占有するタイプのお部屋です。 １部屋１名でもご利用頂けます。 １棟貸も承ります。（要相談） 1 room (wooden floor) on the 1st floor 3 rooms on the 2nd floor (Tatami) There are 3 rooms (Tatami) on the 2nd floor. Basically, each room is owned by 2 to 4 persons and their friends. One room can also be used by one person. We can also rent a whole building. （Please contact us for details.)
御手洗/Lavatory
秘境＋古民家ゆえに「ボットン便所（汲み取り式）」スタイルです。 屋内外に小便器＋大便器の御手洗が２箇所ございます。大便器の便座は２箇所とも洋式（「水洗」ではありません）に変えております。The bathrooms are “botton” style (pumping style) due to the secluded nature of the area and the old house. There are two washrooms, one with a urinal and the other with a large urinal, both inside and outside. The toilet seats of both large toilets have been changed to western style (not “flush”).
御飲食/Eating and drinking
徒歩圏内には買い物できる店舗がございません。 事前に市街地でのご準備、または、 施設内ではカップ麺、レトルト食品、ビール、酎ハイ、ソフトドリンクの販売がございますので、御検討ください。 QRコード決済、または、Paypal（クレジットカード決済）になると思います。 種類、数量が限られております。何かご要望が御座いましたらご相談を承ります。 There are no stores within walking distance for shopping. Please prepare in advance in the city center, Please consider buying cup noodles, retort pouch foods, beer, shochu (distilled liquor), and soft drinks at the facility. QR code payment or Paypal (credit card payment) will be accepted. The variety and quantity are limited. If you have any requests, please contact us.

１階「スタジオ／事務所」ではホストおよびスタッフなどが滞在しています。何かありましたらすぐに連絡出来ますので、安心してお泊りいただけます。 １階との２階入り口が同じなので、ホストが出かける時にゲストさんに会う可能性があります。The first floor “studio/office” is where the hosts and staff stay. You can contact us immediately if you need anything, so you can stay with us with peace of mind. The second floor entrance is the same as the first floor, so there is a possibility that the host will see guests when they go out.
デスク/Desk
２階の２部屋には出窓を机に見立てた簡易デスク／椅子のご用意がございます。 また、１階の居間の縁側にデスク／椅子のご用意がございます。 リモートワーク、ビデオ会議で個室などが必要な場合はご相談承ります。 Two rooms on the second floor have simple desks/chairs with bay windows as desks. There is also a desk/chair available on the porch of the living room on the first floor. If you need a private room for remote work or video conferencing, please contact us.
台所施設/kitchen
基本はコンロ等の「火」を使用する調理用加熱機器はご利用いただけません。 電子レンジ、電気給湯器はご利用いただけます。＊ご使用後は洗って元に戻して下さい。Basically, cooking devices that use “fire” such as stoves cannot be used. Microwave ovens and electric water heaters can be used. Please wash and put back after use.
食器/Tableware
室内にある食器など備品は使用可能です。 ＊ご使用後は洗って元に戻して下さい。 You may use the tableware and other equipment in the room. Please wash them and return them to their original state after use.
入浴施設/Bathing facilities
当入浴施設は温泉ではございません。 近くに二大名湯「白根館」、「女帝の湯」がございます。 湯船、シャワー（奈良田の水道水掛け流し。）はございます。 ご利用ご希望の場合はお知らせください。 This bathing facility is not a hot spring. There are two major hot springs nearby, “Shirane-kan” and “Jyotei-no-yu”. There are bathtubs and showers (with running water from Narada's tap). If you wish to use them, please let us know. Please let us know if you wish to use them.
駐車場/Parking
当施設への道路は坂になっており、車高が極端に低い車でのご来訪は車体の損傷などにつながる可能性がございますのでご注意ください。 これまでに、カイエンS、ジャガー xj6 x300、ボルボc3o、スバルR2、軽トラ（サンバー、アクティ）などでは出入りして、底を擦るようなことはありませんでしたが、あくまでも自己責任でお願いいたします。 Parking is available on the only site in the village. From the foot of the road, with the bus stop on the right, the road climbs up to the village beside the bus stop (narrow. It is said to be about 2m-2.3m wide / wide enough for an emergency vehicle to pass through). and turn left down the road, signposted ‘Narada Minokuchi’. I have been in and out in my own vehicles (Cayenne S, Jaguar xj6 x300, Volvo c3o, Subaru R2, light trucks (Sambar, Acti) etc. and have not scraped the bottom, but please note that you do so only at your own risk.
スタッフ専用スペース/Dedicated staff space
客室内の押し入れや施設内の扉の中はスタッフ専用のストックエリアのため、ゲスト様で開閉、お取り出し等なさらぬようお願いします。 STAFF ONLYとステッカーを貼付している箇所もスタッフ用となります。 PRIVATEとステッカーのある箇所につきましても同様に開閉はお控え下さい。 Please do not open, close, or remove the closet in the guest room or the door in the facility by the guest as it is a staff-only stock area. Areas with “STAFF ONLY” stickers are also for staff use only. Please refrain from opening and closing the areas with “PRIVATE” stickers as well.

虫・動物について/Insect and animal handling
夏も、夜は肌寒くなる日が多いです。 夏でも長袖・長ズボンや虫よけスプレーなどをご用意いただくことをお勧めします。 豊かな自然環境ゆえに、虫の多さは避けられない状況です。清掃は徹底して行っておりますが、どうしても虫が家の中に入ってしまうことがございますこと事前にご留意ください。 ＊この集落では養蜂を営んでいる方がおられます。特に蜂にはご注意ください。 Even in summer, many nights are chilly. We recommend that you bring long sleeves, long pants, and insect repellant spray, even in summer.Due to the rich natural environment, it is inevitable that there will be many insects. Although we do our best to keep the house thoroughly clean, please be aware that insects will inevitably enter the house. Some beekeepers live in this village. Please be especially careful of bees.
設備の故障等不具合/Equipment failure or other defects
設備の故障等不具合が発生し、ご不便をおかけする事もあります。その場合、修理完了までにお時間を頂いてしまうこと、またチェックアウトまでに修理することが不可能な場合もあります。奈良田 水乃口は１棟のみとなりますので、代わりのお部屋をご用意は難しいことをご理解願います。 Please be aware that equipment malfunctions and other problems may cause inconvenience. In such cases, it may take some time for repairs to be completed, or it may not be possible to repair the equipment before check-out. Please understand that there is only one Narada Mizunokuchi, and it is difficult to arrange a replacement room.
動物の飛び出し注意/Caution against animals jumping out
周辺では鹿や雉、キツネやリスを見かけることも多いです。（クマが近隣に出現することも）車の運転にはお気をつけください。Also, it is common to see deer, pheasants, foxes, and squirrels in the neighborhood. (Bears can also appear in the neighborhood.)Please be careful when driving.
夜間早朝の騒音/noise problem
周辺には住宅地がありますので、夜間（１９時以降、朝７時まで）はお静かにお願い致します。Please be quiet at night (after 7:00 p.m. and until 7:00 a.m.) as there are residential areas in the vicinity.
12月～3月のご予約をご検討いただいているお客様へ
For customers considering reservations from December to March
当地は豪雪地帯ではないですが年に数回雪が積もります。スタッドレスorチェーンは必須で、当施設までの狭くて登り坂が凍結でスタックしてしまう可能性があるので、お車でお越しいただく方はこの件をご留意下さい。また、夜間早朝は-10℃になることもあります。灯油ストーブをご用意いたしますが、以上ご留意の上ご予約いただけますと幸いです。We are not in an area of heavy snowfall, but we do get snow a few times a year. Please keep this in mind if you are coming by car, as studless or chains are required and you may get stuck on the narrow uphill road to our facility due to icy conditions. Also, the temperature can drop to -10℃ early in the morning at night. We will provide kerosene heaters, but we would appreciate it if you could make reservations with the above in mind.
